You may place your wholesale order with us in many ways, whatever suits you & your business.

ORDER ONLINE

Wholesale orders can now be placed directly via our website when you are logged in as a wholesale customer. Simply browse our collection and add items to your cart. For further information with online ordering please call our customer service team on 02 9531 1244 and we will happily assist you.

ORDER ONLINE

When logged in to our wholesale portal, you can order for your business on the Urban Rituelle website. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

MINIMUM ORDER

Urban Rituelle's initial minimum order is $500.00 before GST + freight charges. Our re-order minimum is $350.00 before GST + freight charges.

HOW TO ORDER TESTERS

We supply testers to support your sales and help your customers experience our signature fragrances and indulgent, skin-loving formulations before they buy.Testers can be ordered at 40% off the wholesale price when you order a minimum pack size of 6 units per product. For example, if you order a pack of 6 candles in a fragrance, you are eligible for one discounted tester for that fragrance.

To order a tester:

Add the minimum pack size of 6 units to your cart.
When you add a pack of 6 units to your cart, a popup will appear asking if you would like to add the tester to your cart at the discounted price.
You will need to select ‘Add to Cart’ in the popup to include the tester in your order.
If you do not order 6 units, the tester popup will not appear.
Complete your checkout as normal.
